What is your lead and shipping time?

Payte’s Petals:

Completed Items - That are listed on the shop page are already made and ready to ship out. However, it can take up to 3-5 days after you’ve purchased for it to be prepared for shipping. Then allow shipping times selected to occur.

Custom Orders - These are handled individually and can take 7-12 days to make then 3-5 days to get shipped out. Then allow shipping times selected to occur.

Payte’s Paintings:

Custom Orders – Payte’s Paintings currently does not offer custom orders.

 

Once your order ships we sadly have no control or can guarantee the transit times that it may take UPS, Fedex or USPS to deliver your order. 

Return Policy

NO – All Sales are Final

We do not accept returns.  If there is an issue with your order please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@paytespetalsandpaintingsllc.com.

All of our products are handmade, one of a kind creations so sending replacements aren’t an option. So All Sales are Final

 

Q&A 

Can I make a change to my order before it ships? 

NO - Once an order is placed, we are unable to make any changes to the order

A new order will need to be placed for additional items.  Please also see our cancellation and return policy.

Can you combine shipping?

NO - Once an order is placed, we are unable to make any changes to the order

Even if you purchase from both “Payte’s Petals & Payte’s Paintings” we are unable to combine the shipping as the products are vastly different and require different shipping preparations.

Can I cancel my order?

NO - Once an order is placed, we do not offer a cancellation. If you have any questions about our products, please contact us before placing your order.
